VET is critical to Australia's future. Australia will not be able to meet the challenge of a highly skilled workforce unless government accords VET the importance that it deserves, the TAFE sector is adequately funded and TAFE is recognised as a full and equal partner in Australia's VET system.

This document calls on the government to provide the VET sector with the resources and funding it needs to do the job to Australia's advantage.
