Details strategies for professional development on a limited budget in both a school and a school district.
A critical shortage of teachers with technology skills led both groups to the same conclusions about achieving quick and efficient reskilling. The model they adopted for teachers was an integrated training programme including lessons, modelling and coaching showing them how to teach their curricula with the latest technological enhancements.
Both programmes are explored in some detail.
