Learning is a life-long process for everyone. To many people, learning is a necessity not a pleasure.

Nowadays, investment in learning for individuals or for organizations is phenomenal. On-line learning will undoubtedly become a dominant teaching/learning methodology in the next decade but currently it lacks the innovative supporting methodologies required for effective learning and quality assurance.
