Assessing Online Rubric

Are you wanting to know more about the benefits of assessing online? Did you know that it's more than multiple choice?

I've recently been investigating the use of 'rubrics' and the webbased rubric generator at:

http://www.thinkinggear.com/

I've attached my first attempt at designing a rubric that provides a guide to assessing the design concept for a Digital Story. You're welcome to use it, give me feedback or comment here on its potential. Rubric is a fairly new term for me, but I like the idea of 'designing for assessment' online using this rubric generator.

For more information on assessment check out the design of this website created for the Australian Flexible Learning Framework by designers in Victoria.
